| Generally, Taiyaki is made by multiple fish-shaped mold at the same time. At FURUSATO, we use traditional Ippon-yaki (single mold) method instead and make Taiyaki one by one. FURUSATO’s Taiyaki’s unique thin crust and blocked ANKO paste are made possible by the the unique Ippon-yaki mold. |
