Traditional IPPON-YAKI style

Generally, Taiyaki is made by multiple fish-shaped mold at the same time. At FURUSATO, we use traditional Ippon-yaki (single mold) method instead and make Taiyaki one by one. FURUSATO’s Taiyaki’s unique thin crust and blocked ANKO paste are made possible by the the unique Ippon-yaki mold.

Special Ingredients

RED BEANS: Only domestic grown red beaans used.
SUGAR: Special brended sugar used. Sweet and Tasty!
FLOUR: Only flour grown in Nagano used.
EGGS: Eggs laid from Natural breeded hen.
SALT: Natural salt made from sea water of OKINAWA.
